Betty was born to the late Elmer and Charlotte Baumgardner on May 3, 1950, and entered eternal rest on Friday, April 3, 2026, with the love of her life, and family, by her side.

Betty is survived by her husband of 59 years Fred Lettenmaier at their farm and ranch home in Southwick; her two daughters, Jeanette (Dave) Hengen and Darline Lettenmaier; four grandchildren, Steven Willoughby, Slade Nelson, Justis Nelson and Andreya Nelson; also, five great-grandchildren; a sister Charline (Carl) Strohm; and brothers Larry (Boone) and Jerry Baumgardner.

Preceding her in eternal rest was an infant brother Tommy and a granddaughter Nicole Gilbert.

Please join us in a celebration of her life at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at the Juliaetta Community Church, and bring a covered dish to share. Betty’s greatest wish would be for all to receive the Lord as their savior and join her in heaven one day.
