Rita Louise Corey, 58, of Clarkston, passed away Aug. 6, 2016, after a long battle of heart disease. She was born Dec. 13, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Juanita (Goins) Grooms and Richard C.L. Goins.

She lived throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Kentucky and Germany. She loved to ride Harleys and feel the wind through her hair. She loved the mountains, the ocean and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Robert L. Duncan.

She is survived by her children, Olivia Anderson of Clarkston, Kerry Anderson of Lewiston and Lucas Anderson of Clarkston; her fiancé of 191/2 years, Lee H. Cook of Clarkston; her brother, Richard L. Goins of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Robert Anderson of Clarkston, Zachary Freeman of Clarkston, Kerryck Anderson of Nampa and Roselynn Anderson of Spokane; as well as many other friends and family members.

She will be laid to rest at Vineland Cemetery in Clarkston. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the American Heart Association.
